Stop Motion

I have begun cutting out images in illustrator of one of my friends walking along and have made frames using what i learnt in flash the other day. I want to eventually show a series of Edwaerd Muybridge's pieces in vector form, maybe using a simple colour palette and a simple layout so i can try and make it as long as possible.
If i did this i would not be able to make the video very long as it takes quite a long time to make one frame.
